Yoon Chung is a fashion executive, designer, and brand builder with more than three decades of experience in women’s apparel, activewear, and lifestyle product development.
Her career spans design, merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, and brand strategy, giving her a rare understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of building a successful collection. As an early member of the Carbon38 team, Yoon helped shape the brand’s private-label business and its distinctive point of view within the luxury activewear market.
After leaving Carbon38, Yoon founded Yoon Chung Design Inc. to help emerging fashion brands move from initial concept and launch through growth and expansion. She works closely with each founder to understand their vision and translate it into distinctive, commercially viable products—creating collections that establish a clear brand identity, connect with the customer, and provide a strong foundation for scaling the business.
